When Does the LUD Change ?

Than I changed the address

My question is that does address change triggers LUD as it changed today
08/03/2004 but I did not get email message from CIS.

I don't know if LUD changed due to Address change or otherwise, Has anybody similar experience.
 
Usually LUD will change whenever You do the address change. But It is internal update for your address.
It would not reflect status change on your case. I think usually for address changes USCIS will not generate
any email notiofication to you.

Even sometimes the LUD will change if they start working on your case. Good luck.
