My brother, his wife, and their 12-year old son immigrated in early July. They entered the US on F41, F42, and F43 visas, respectively. The husband's and wife's green cards arrived in mail about 2 weeks later. However, the child's has not arrived yet. Is there something else they need to do or it is just taking time?
