When do you get EAD?

Hello All,

When do you get your EAD?At what poing in the greencard process you get your EAD.

how does it differ if you apply as EB2,EB3 ?

At what stage you get EAD if we apply LC with PERM?or for that matter at what stage you get EAD Card. -- please advise

To quickly answer your question: you can only file EAD when/after you file I-485.

You can apply for EAD alongwith your 485 (or anytime after filing 485).

No difference in terms of EAD processing if your case EB2,3 etc. EAD is a separate process.
