When do we need to call TSC

My AP, EAD, 485 ND: 11/22/02
Not approved yet.

My question is in general, when do we need to call TSC?
In my case I guess, I need to call for my AP and EAD status.

In order to reduce the amount of phone calls TSC gets, (in other words, save TSC staff some time on approving cases), when is right time to call for 485 issue?

For EAD and AP for sure you need to call them. It has been more than 90 days and nothing has happened to your case.
My suggestion for you is to call them at 214 381 1423.
Have your A number or SRC number ready.
