I just received the notice of my H1B petition approval, and am wondering till when i am supposed to get my passport stamped. My current status (E) is good through next year, and my H1B is effect from Oct 1, 2007, so I dont really have to leave this country.
My guess is that I do not have to get my passport stamped unless I go home/leave usa.
