when do i get NOA for i-765

hi everyone. I filed my i-485 i-693 i-130 i-131 and i-765 on 5th of august and i never got receipt notice for i-765 (EAD) .is that normal?do do ppl receive receipt notice for EAD in two weeks after 90 days?
it`s been almost 3 months i also havent got the fingerprints.

It has been 30 days since you received the other NOAs so you should call USCIS to find out what happened. Can you check your case status online for the other applications? I applied in late September and I got the FP appointment already. You should call the USCIS customer service center @: National Customer Service Center 1.800.375.5283 and inquire about your application.

Not sure what you mean here. You should have got an EAD notice within 30 days of your filing. Call and inquire about your application asap.
If you look at the August filers thread, most people have already received their EAD cards and interview letters. So something has been lost/misplaced in your case.
 
i filed i-485 i765 i131 i130 g325 everyth all together and i received receipt notices for i 130 and i 485 in august.since then i called like 20 times already and all they say is "you have to wait".
i told them its been almost 90days and i still have no fingerprintsappointment ,no AP or EAD ,. i didnt know i had to receive a receipt notice for the EAD. People usually get their fingerprints done in 30 days, uscis says "u have to wait". When i ask for my ead they say "u have to wait" they dont say anything/
We also took infopass .The lady said -she will contact them and they will send me FP appointment in 2 days...still nothing..
i dont know what to do
 
Sorry to hear. Can you see any updates for your I-130/I-485 online? When was your infopass appointment? Maybe you will hear back soon :). Good luck!
 
yes,i can see online whats going on with i -485 and i -130. for i -485 :"on 5th of october the notice we last sent to u was undeliverable" guess why? because i changed my address with ar-11 and called cust service 2ice to confirm they have my new address(this was in beginning of sept) and they still send it to the old adress in the end of sept ...why? nobody from them could explain to me .they say "it takes 45 days for the system to change the adress " huh i believe this Bulls**t.
i called for 4th time when i received e-mail update -they finally have my new address on file,but since 5th of october i havent received anything ,no LUD,no papers,nothing.
thanks for the info,now when i know i had to receive a receipt for i -765 back in august,i am going to call today and will no accept "i dont know " for answer.
btw both of my i-485 and i -130 are on "initial review" after 3 months

Yeah, the address change not being updated is probably what caused this delay. I don't know if the customer service reps can really fix the issues. If it has been 30 days since your last infopass you should take another one and try to clear up things (again).
 
thanks very much for the help.i called CS they tranfered my call to 2nd level.what heppened-my ead was approved on sept 2nd but it was undeliverable.That was actually the receipt number,so i never got the receipt number and never knew that it was undeliverable. The same with my AP .they send it to my 2ice-2ice undeliverable.She said they will schedule me for FP asap and resend the AP ,but for the actual EAD card i have to have my FP done firs.

Glad it worked out. Good luck! Also, if you give the forwarding address at the local post office from where you moved, they will forward your mail for 30 or so days. That might be a useful option, in case addresses get messed up again.
 
the thing i dont understand is -why does it take so long for uscis to change the address....after filing ar-11 and calling 4 times( and i have conf`ion numbers for all of them) ,why does it take so long.i also missed the FP appointment , as i never knew about it, that sucks
