when can you expect Feb, 2002 RD

what's the earliest expected time for Feb,2002 RD?

Estimates rarely work with the INS (BCIS). However, if everything goes well and fast enough, Feb'02 RD should begin from August 2003. Also, it has been observed that once a particular RD month starts, those with soon-expiring fingerprints (approaching 15 months) get approved first among that queue.

Not necessarily so - we have seen evidence that BCIS is approving Jan 2002 cases while there are still a lot of cases from Nov/Dec 2001 waiting for decisions.
