When can we get Feb visa bulletin

Hoping that EB3 India cut-off dates would have movement by 6 months.
Eb2 India to 2002.

Hope there will be some sort of positive movement for all EB's. Noticed Eb1 jumped 6 months in for past 2 visa bulletins. hope that trend continues .

I think there should not be any problems jumping till April 2001. May be 6 months in every month. BUt, once it reaches April 2001, it may jump a month or so every month. This is just a prediction based on lot of labor approvals from Jan to April 2001.

What you guys think ?
 
I agree me04485.. I read somewhere there were lot of labor filing between Feb-May 2001..

So till Jan/Feb 2001, it will move fast then it will drag....
