When can we expect July RD approvals??

October approvals will start from end of March??? I hope your guess is right and will bring this thread up at the end of march. Is there any base for your guess?

I am from july rd batch

I feel that 20 percent of july rd\'s will be done before March 15

whether that will include my name or not is the 64 million dollar question.

currently if you will check the latest weekly summary in the recent approval thread you will see mainly may cases getting approved
 
Processing resumed

What does this mesaage mean ?
Does it mean that FP has been recvd from FBI and the case is assigned to an INS officer for the final approval ?
Or does it mean that FBI results have been revcd. and case waiting to be assigned to an INS officer ?

I think the second of your guess is correct, a lot of people had reported "on Dec 29th processing resumed ..." and their case was not assigned to an officer until few weeks back.
