When can one leave job after approval in AC-21?

I have a question...not a straight question though..
When can a person leave the current employment after getting approval in cases of AC-21?
I worked for a company for 3 years, they sponsored everything, I left and ported 485, joined another company. Worked there for a year. Now I want to leave again. Lets say that approval comes before I leave. Will I be tied to this new company after getting approval? Seems to me they didn't really do anything for my green card, that was all done by first company.

any thoughts or comments on this? any threads, uscis memos or q&a links in this regard would be appreciated.

thanks,
airberd

Yes I know that 6 months is the standard restrictions in case of a standard processing. But in cases where the processing itself has taken 4 years and there is AC-21 applied as well, do the standard restrictions apply? Seems to me that the EB requirements should already be fulfilled, but I could be totally wrong.

I am digging in the forums to get more information on this, Any help would be appreciated a lot..:)

There is no restriction once you get your GC. Questions 'may' come up if you apply for citizenship and take up a completely different kind of job.

I personally believe that once you have used the AC21 rule and changed company before the approval you are safe.
The AC21 protects you from any other rule (the GC good faith intent).

My case is similar albeit i went a step further and changed one more company before the approval.

Now i wont have to wait anymore if and when I decide to jump again.
