When can I file for green card (PERM) after joining a new company? Do I need to wait couple months

before I file for green card or I can file it immediately after joining the unew company?

When employer files for labor certification, they have to do job posting/recruitment process. Can they utilize job posting/recruitment process they used to hire me or do they have to do it again to file labor certification?
