when can I file 485?

My pd is current in June bulletin.
Do I need to wait until June 1st, before
I send in my 485 application? or can I send it right away?

Ravi,

The earliest date you can send your application is the
first day of the month when your PD becomes current
indicated in the visa bulletin. If you send your file
earlier than that, your file will be returned. Or
worse yet, if it is not returned, it will be denied
outright in the end.
