when can I expect my 1st FP?

Hi guys,

I am still waitng for my EAd & AP approval. RD - Feb /04. Initiated 2 queries in last 2 months with the USCIS - no response yet. My lawyer says we should wait for few weeks more.... Any thoughts /ideas would be a great help?
(VSC EAD /AP processing date says - processing June /May '04)

Besides, when can we expect the first FP notice? (485 RD - Feb/04)

No idea what the logic is to issue FPs, I filed my app in Sept'03 and still haven't received any FP notice!! :(
 
An increasing trend at VSC is to send the FP only when you case is ready for adjudication within the FP expiration time frames. They have not sent mass FP notices for Case after June, 2003.
 
July 2003, No FP yet. Have received EAD (AP never applied for). Going to apply for new EAD soon.
 
NO FP for ND 03/31

I think they have stopped after March'03.

Actually they stopped after June 2003 ... until then ~80% received FP notices ... the ones without FP before June are just unlucky, like almost all after July

Hi,

I am back after a long time. My wife go the FP notice today. I am the main applicant and I am still waiting.

Is it common?

What can I do? Is there a way I can verify the status? Online status /message has not changed for either of us.

System messed up

I think CIS (or INS) just has a messed up system that they can't fix. Just like the Verizon and other big companies.

Do you feel like you are playing slot machine in the Casino?
Everybody wants to figure out the trend. There might be none.
The CIS system behaves in a somehow randomly pattern.

485 RD April/2003.
FP1 Feb/2004
FP2 scheduled later this month.
