When can I change my employeer?

Hi Gurus,I received my card last week and I am planning to change my employer.When can I do it? and how long I should stick with my current employer?.

1st FP on Sep 06
Background Check initiated:08/24/06

Got RFE in I-485 on Oct 1st week ( Medical certificate)
Replied RFE on 2nd week of Oct
Took infopass on Oct 10/19/07.IO said I am stuck in NC
I dont know when it cleared

On Nov 5th I checked Online status,It says Card Production Ordered

On Nov 10th Card received
 
It seems from your post the you received the GC!! Congrats!

Since all employment based GC is for future employment, I would stick to the current employer for at least 6 months.
 
My FP is over and I received my EAD last month. I am currently on H1. After how many days can I change my employer? Worst case scenario.. If my current employer cancels my H1 can I continue on my EAD with another employer. My receipt date is 02 August, 2007.

Kindly advice as I am confused.
