When can I apply?

Hi, I need some some regarding applying for citizenship. here are my details of green card.

Green card issued : aug 2001

came to usa : aug 2001
went back : sep 2001
came to us : aug 2002
went back : nov 2002
came to us again : jan 2003
went back : may 2003
came to us : oct 2003
went back : may 2004
came to us : dec 2004
went back : jan 2005 ( applied for re-entry permit got permit in april 2005)
came back to us : april 2007

continously here in us after that.

I am confused that when can i apply for citizenship , would I get 364 days from my re-entry permit, as i have heard that if u come back with 2 years u would get 364 days means ( 1 year-1 dy), but I am confused that this will count from the day i left us last to the dy i returned back or from the day my re-entry permit starts.

please help

as i need to apply for citizinship as early as possible , bcoz my husband is back in india and me n my small daughter who is born here in us are here waiting for him to come on immigration after i can citizenship.

i had to live outside us due to my studies.

You can apply 4 years +1 day after your return in April 2007, which means sometime in April 2011.
