when can I apply for us citizenship through marriage to USC

I got my green card through asylum
i'm resident since 11/1/2007
married to us citizen 8/1/2008
can I apply on 5/1/2011 3 years married to USC minus 3 month or i have to wait till 8/1

You have to complete 3 full years of marriage. The 90 day headstart is not allowed for the length of marriage. So you have to wait until August.

but What will happen if I apply in may?
I see pepeol in forum applied 3 month for the 3rd annual and they been approved .
 
They applied 90 days before having 3 years with a green card ... not before they completed 3 years of marriage. They got married before getting their green card, so they had already completed 3 full years of marriage when they applied.
