Damn it, sorry. I was referring to the Naturalization all along. Sorry, my fault. Yes there are no numerical restrictions for a USC to sponsor a spouse for a GC. I did it this way! There is a 3-year timeframe for a PR married to a US citizen to apply for naturalization.
a) Married for 3 years
b) That spouse must have been a USC for 3 years
