When can expect Sep ND

I think everybody saying INS approving based on August ND.
When can expect sep ND approvals.

and I think WAC-01-275 is from Sep ND. I don\'t know more details.

I Just know the WAC # i.e. WAC-01-275-5XXXX

He got approval Notice in mail on 03/02/2002. Done PP Stamping on 03/04/2002. That\'s all I know.
