All those gurus out there, use you calculators. Any predictions when is INS going to start looking at Sep 2001 cases? Or are they done for this year.

I don't think they will approve cases with ND 2001. We have only two months in 2005 FY. It is a little unrealistic to expect that cases with ND 2001 would be approved by Sep 2005. I would be surprised if they finish approving all cases with ND 09/2000 or earlier.
