when AP can be approved after responsed to RFE in CSC


Any idea how long it will take after BCIS recieved my response to the RFE in CSC?

BCIS received my RFE on August 11th, and still no response

According to past stats you should be close to approval...10 - 15 days after RFE been about average.

What was the RFE for?
 
My RFE was approval copy of I-140
and for my wife was copy of I-140 & I-485


The problem I need to travel Before October 15th. Do you know if San Jose issue Emergency AP
 
No, I am not familiar with obtaining emergency AP. Maybe someone who is, will post. I still think your AP appoval will come before 10/15, but it is best to be prepared as you are obviously being.
 
Takes between 20 - 30 days

I got RFEs for both my AP and EAD. For AP it took 3 weeks for approval after INS received response and for EAD it took exactly 30 days (INS says 30 days is the kind of time that it can take for RFEs). So, yours should come in another two weeks and absolutely no need to worry.
