Just curious which was the last known approval case for EB3/Transfer case from VSC to TSC. Please post it .

I have' nt called them this week, i called them 15 days back to open service request, do i need to call them again ?

If you don't see any LUDs on your case and think that they are ignoring you,probably change your address to some of your friends sothat it may trigger their attention. You are safe as you are living in both addresses.
 
Calling TSC is useless

Bunch of BS!

They try to feed you with just anything just to get rid of your call. I called yesteday after a week and got the following responce...


IO: Texas Service Center, may I have your receipt number
Me: EACXXXXXXXXXX
IO: Please hold
IO: How may I help you?
Me: I am calling about my pending 485 application. It's been pending for more than 30 months. Do you have any idea what's going on?
IO: Let me check... You security checks are pending, Sir.
Me: Maam, I went to the local office and they told me everything was cleared.
IO: umm... did they tell you that your name check was cleared too?
Me: Yes maam.
IO: hmmm .... Sir, you case was transferred to TSC on March 15... we are processing cases in the order they were received.
Me: But, maam the receipt date on my application is Dec 2004.
IO: I understand, but your case was received by us on March 15, 2007 and we are processing cases in the order they were received.

At this point I had had enough so I thanked her and hung up.
 
I think there is no order at all, we are on this forum 24/7 not able understand the order which they are procesing ...Really Funny ....
 
Hi,

I had the same problem when I called the customer service. They told me ur case is tfd in Mar 2007 so that is ur processing date. However my 485 RD is Jan 2005.
PD Aug 2000 (Subs)
140/485 ND - Jan 2005
FP1 - Apr 2005
140 - AD - July 2005
FP2 - Mar 2007
485 AD??
Name check cleared in May 2007

If that is the case, as per their website processing dates 2007 is not current at all. So, i dont think they will process the transfer cases untill all the 2006 cases are approved. Not sure though, these guys works in a totally different way. Looks like there is no rule here.

My case is very similar to yours including the EB3, PD, concurrent filing, FP dates and transfer dates. We did our FP on May 05, 2007 and received an update that a notice was undelivarable on May 17. Still waiting for the mail. What was the notice that was undeliverable?

Hi,

Do you know of anyone who succeeded doing an address change. I am not sure if it will help to do a address change. Any thoughts ???

I also received 'notice returned undeliverable' even though i did not change my address .. i spoke to customer service 3-4 times.. 5th time i got hold of IO and she told me that it may be your lawyers address and as long as your fp is done recently dont worry about it.. Took an infopass appointment. .she said send a letter to TSC where ur file is transfered and that my name check is cleared !!

I sent a letter to uscis no Lud's yet - i have a pending EAD application since 74 days.

Each time u call, u get a different response..

EAD RD : April 02 2007 - no AD yet ....
 
My Cousin got approved today, His PD is Apr 2003 and I485 receipt date was Apr 2004, He was a transfer case too from VSC to TSC on March 2007.

There might be more cases being approved but we may not see them on the forums.

My I485 RD is Apr 2005, I am not sure if TSC is processing 2004 and earlier RDs only.
