What's wrong with EB2?

Hi, I am looking at the forum for a little while and I found the most cases of 140 approved were EB3. What's wrong with EB2? Is there somebody with EB2 got their 140 approved? please post it again. Thanks.

That is not true. There are more EB3s on this board than EB2s, and so you wont see as many posts on EB2 approvals.

yrwp is right. For last 4 years, all categories were current so most of the folks applied in EB3 even if they were qualified for EB2 since the chances of rfes and denial are less and labor is easy. Now we see many people applying for EB2 so you will see more EB2 approvals in few months.

So we cant come to a meaningful conclusion.Small sample size to predict the
accurate trend.

Mixed results are comming in 140 approvals...

One of my friend whose PD is 05/25/04, got his 140 approval who is EB-2.

Other friend whose PD is 08/25/04, got his 140 approval...this case is special ?

My PD (EB-2) is 05/07/04, no status yet on approval....

Looks like they took May/June/July/August bunch.

I140 RD: 6/14/04, SD: 1/14/05

I personally feel USCIS is approving mostly EB-3 cases.My case is EB2 ,peinding from Oct 16,2003(ND),No change in LUD .I know a couple of other EB-2 cases which are pending from aug.Most of the approvals seen here are also EB3.

EB3 seems to be getting cleared faster at TSC

I agree that there are less EB2 members at this forum & it might be statistically difficult to conclude that EB3's are getting cleared faster, overall it appears more EB3 are getting cleared. Lets hope it balances off now & the process accelerates for EB2.
