Whats time timeline like?

I am certainly not the first to wonder this, but I am sure im not the only one that just got their letter and are now wondering what is next, Based on your experience and/or Knowledge, what will my timeframe look like if:

a) I received my 2010 notification with a file # 22xxx
b) I qualify as a German.

any help is appreciated

Only speculation, but I would guess, your numbers will not be current earlier than April 2010
