What's this case status message ????

Application Type: I485, Application to Register Permanent Residence or to Adjust Status

Current Status:

On October 7, 2003, your fingerprint fee was accepted as complete, and processing of your case has resumed.

The above message I found for couple of cases in WAC02-197 series. Does anyone know what this means ?

If you have done your finger printing recently, then BCIS has received it after the formalities from FBI and they have resumed on your case. This is a standard message. I did my finger print may 2002 and I am still hearing the same message as of today.

On October 7, 2003, the results of your fingerprint review for your I485 Application to Register Permanent Residence or to Adjust Status were received, and processing has resumed on your case. We will mail you a notice if further action is needed, or when a decision is made
 
when did u go for FP?

hi!

When did u go for FP, I went for FP in May but its not update..still says that FP notice has been sent

My Wifes message has changed...

We did our 1st fp on June 8th 2003..
My status changed to

On June 18, 2003, the results of your fingerprint review for your I485 Application to Register Permanent Residence or to Adjust Status were received, and processing has resumed on your case. We will mail you a notice if further action is needed, or when a decision is made.

However, my wifes status still showd that fp has been sent across....etc. if 14 days have passed ....etc..

In between, we got the message stating "cannot find the wac...., Then after a week it changed back to the previous existing message.

Today it has changed to :

On June 13, 2003, the results of your fingerprint review for your I485 Application to Register Permanent Residence or to Adjust Status were received, and processing has resumed on your case. We will mail you a notice if further action is needed, or when a decision is made.

So it looks like they received her fp results a week earlier than me but they posted it several months after me..

However, I am not sure if this change means they have touched her document... but at least it makes me feel that they have her FP results...
