Here's my situation:
At the very beginning, I filed my application for labor certification under EB3 category on April 24, 2001. That means, the date of acceptance for processing (priority date for LC): April 24, 2001.
My labor certificaton is certified on September 25, 2006.
Filed for I-140 on December 27, 2006.
My citizenship and country of birth: Bangladesh.
Now current visa date on the Visa Bulletin chart for I-485 EB3 is June 2005.
Question: What's my real priority date in order to file the I-485 under EB3 category according to above situation? Is it April 24, 2001 OR September 25, 2006?
Can I file for I-485 now?
Is there any seperate quota for Bangladesh to file I-485 OR Bangladesh is included in World Wide quota in the visa bulletin chart?
I would be highly obliged and grateful if you would answer to my question.
