Was browsing some site days ago and i notice that there is a:

NBC/ missouri National Benefit center Missouri
msc
nsc
tsc
vsc.........


what is the difference between those centers especially those two in Missouri, the MSC and the NBC?Missouri.

MSC is missouri center which is used now to handle among other things online filing etc. Its jurisdiction is petition specific, whereas you can apply all kinds to petitions with the other service centers. Location/Geography determines jurisdiction of those regular service centers.
