What's the deal with EB2 I-140?!

It's so lagged behind and moving so slowly. Does the published processing time tend to be conservtive or it's largely giving the picture? EB2 I-140 waiters, share your experence plz. I wonder how many people who filed in Dec '03 like me are still stuck there.

Forget it ma..n, those processing dates are no good for '03 filers. I believe, they just shelved off the '03 I-140s. Nothing is happening... just pray for your day.

Even EB3

Mine is pending since DEC 2003 EB3. PD SEP 2001. Do not know what will happen. I have permanet offer now. not sure I can go if current company will not revoke 140.

you are still better off in VSC. NSC is still stuck on sep 03 for the past 8 months. they have not moved the dates.
