Q1. How safe I am for AC21.

Q2. In the RFE TAX docs are for what purpose ?

Q1: Quite safe.
Q2: Did you get a RFE for copies of IT returns? Is your latest IT return from a new employer ? You better send a letter stating that you have exercised AC21 as a RFE response. Consult a lawyer...
