Hello All,

This is the first time I'm posting a message.

My RD is Nov 2, 2001.

I am on my EAD and AP (re-newed once) and am waiting to hear anything from BCIS.

My husband lives in CA and my lawyer suggests that I not move out of MA (where I live now) to CA because I'm so close to the process to be finished.

That's true but with so limited approvals in EAC-02-056***** trickling down, I'm not sure how long is this wait going to be.

Any comments?

My EAC is EAC-02-056-52.... and I am approved

RD : 11/7
ND : 12/6
FP : 2/14/02
AD : 4/25/03

I think FP might make a difference. As they need to work on them before applicants complete 15months(I THINK).


Just hang in there guys, ur turn will come soon.

No yaar, I am just waiting anxiously.. hopefuly in another 2 weeks:)
 
Just some more information about my case.
I recieved the approvel notice on 4/23/03 and I went to Baltimore to get my passport stamped on 4/30/03. I waited for about 1.5 hours to be called in and it took just 5 minutes to get the passport stamped(only Approvel Notice, Password and I-94, 2 photos are needed although I brought my I-20 etc)
My case was approved on 4/17/03(Recieved Date 11/13/01 no RFE). I moved from VA to MD (on 12/14/02) after I filed I-485 and I sent in an AR-11 by myself and my lawyer sent in some other address change to INS directly. I recieved the approvel notice in the new address. I have just moved back to VA and I sent in AR-11 again /my lawyer also notified the INS to send the card to the new address.

During my I-140 application, my division was spun off the Preivous company and was then merged with another company(The federal taxid is the another company's federal taxid). At one point, my laywer said I couldn't continue
application for my greencard because of the complicated merger/spin-off situation of my company. But he changed his mind and I asked the laywer of my company to provide a letter to INS to describe the spinoff/merger situation.

So guys just be patient and your turn is right ahead...

BTW, I sent in an application to extend my EAD(recieved date 3/22/03) but still haven't heard from it.

I just checked casually and found out both myself and my wife case has been approved.
I thank everyone here for supporting and encouraging and sharing details.
