Whats happening to CSC plastic cards?

Sorry to ask this question too early, since people are waiting since Apri 01. I just stamped today 2/4/02 at San Jose. Wanted to change my residance, hence looking for some estimate.

When I stamped the officer said : 3 months to 12months.

For my spouse the officer said 8 months to 10 months.

received it yesterday. but still waiting for my spouse\'s card.
