NSC 485 waiters... please post your information (NSC has slowed down dramatically this week ... no approvals yesterday.. None today, yet. Rupnet has only a few approvals all of last week)

Are the service centers vying to beat TSC's record?
 
I heard they were in the training for the increased level of security check over a month ago. Like most people, I would like to know when the training will be over, and they can pick up the speed. The wait makes me crazy.

how many have already on your lin03### been approved. Run your case script and share it. It will be interesting to look at it.

I was looking for information from fellow waiters from LIN02xxxxxxx ... obviously they need to be cleared before LIN03xxxxxxx are even looked at...

as for the script... no I have not run the script

Are the dead?

Hi Guys in NSC, Wake up! Speed up processing.
If there is no more approvals coming, I believe
all of them in NSC are dead!

NO RFE NO APPROVAL! Tired for waiting more than
600 days. What are they talking about 450-480 days. They are big liar too. Americans are shamed on them!
 
definitely NSC is on a long winter to summer

break and may last until next spring! I think we should try to find out why this slow down!

Let's gather some idea how we can get

a definite answer? Can we do anything through a volunteer org or through senators' offices? Or this is a contact area on INS web where we can send inquiries and petitions?
I am sending an email to my lawyer now to see what their info on this...
 
This much is clear

that NSC is slowing down. From Rupnet, the rate of slow down is alarming week over week so much so that this week we have zero approvals thus far.

What is even more concerning is the fact that there are not many RFE's being issued either.

On another thread, there was information about CSC participating in a conference call with AILA (?) and proviing information and go-forward plans... as far as I can recall, NSC has not done anything like that in the recent past....

their JIT has moved by 22 days in the last 4 months... Ofcourse, they have a post-script that says that applications can be processed out of sequence (so what use is a JIT, I wonder)....

JamesTg's explanation that they are in training makes some sense.... if true, we should start seeing some activity after the training is completed....

Will that happen... ???
 
I am checking the data, and reading forum several times a day. The long wait really drives me crazy, and it is not reasonable at all. I agree with some people said in this thread. Wait is not the only solution to us. If we can have some actions or form an org, I would like to see that happens.

I agree guys, the NSC is very very very dam slow. We hardly see any approvals on Rupnet. All we see is 2 -3 approvals per day. At this rate there is no way sooon I will get my case adjucated.

I would say we need atleast 10 approvals per day on Rupnet (VSC is close to it) to cosider NSC has picked up the speed until then pray

Why are YOU getting so impatient ???

People with AUG/SEP 2001 are still waiting..!!!

This seems to be like a crowded local train journey in Bombay, where the train has stopped in its tracks.. the lights have gone out.. people are cursing as to why the train is not moving..
And to add insult to our agony, we see another train (VSC) which seems to be cruising right past us...

When will we all be able to get off this horrible journey ?

This is not about being impatient. This is about the apparent observation that NSC not doing what they are supposed to be doing.

Additionally, this thread is about sharing information.

I think every one on the process can raise their concerns and try to obtain some information. IMHO, that is what the forum is for.
