what's happend to NIW cases?

I am new to this forum. I was really disturbed by the recent pilot programs lauched by CSC, in which NIW cases are completely out of the picture.

Why do NIW cases have to be treated differently from other in I-485 stage? Are there anyone else in the forum who also belong to NIW category? Can we do something to fight CSC against such discrimination?
