What's going on with USCIS? No approval still 61 days after FP

Hi All

What's happenning with USCIS? I don't understand why they are delaying my case?

My priority date is 11 may 1998 and my FP was done on 18 Nov 2004 and LUDs changed on 30 Nov for FP received and LUDs changed on 12/21 and 12/22. When I called USCIS last week they said all checks are completed.
 
man, you are not alone... 75 days here. not sure about the checks but still... waiting for 90 days to come and I will call VSC to find out what is going on...

a friend of mine crossed 100 days already after FP...
