What's going on? Jan - Dec 2003?

We have seen approvals upto December 2002, but, after that it stops abroptly. If they are approving the case of Dec. 2002, wouldn't they be issuing RFE's for early 2003 filers? I have not seen any posting of that effect in this forum. Is this a fair assessment or in fact there are RFE's issued for early 2003 filers?

1/03 have not seen FP2 letters, let alone issuing RFE's. I have not idea what's going on there, but we are stuck.....
