Whats going on 6/22, then 6/23, and now 6/24

I do not understand this. They keep touching my case but no approval yet.

I finally got a fp notice after 31 months of no activity. Hopefully after I get my fp done I will get approve soon.

Please don't forget to post your approval here for those with LUD's of 6/22, 6/23, and 6/24. We do probably have the same IIO....

Mine is one of the 6/22- 6/24 trickling case! I believe all, whose LUD got changed, are going to see approvals soon.

I checked my status online around 03:53 pm (PST) and saw the magic words! Then, I received approval emails around 04:04pm...
 
Surprising my wife has her LUD updated daily

All,

My wife (derivative) has her LUD updated daily. 07/09; 07/12; 07/13. I am the primary and my LUD is still the same 06/14. 06/14 is the date on which my FP results have been received by the USCIS

Any body in the same situation. Is there any way, I can have my case touched. Faxed in a Level 1 Fax Inquiry a week ago. Still my case has not had my LUD updated.

Any pointers will be good.

Hi Guys,

Finally our cases were approved (my husband and me) on 07/13/04.
I just received the emails (12.00 pm) and checked online as well and I can see the magic words!!

I have sent 3 fax inquires (1 -Level 1, and 2 -Level 2), 2 1-800 no. inquires (after the first one I didn't received any response, so called back after 30 days), plus two inquires to Donald Neufeld. My lawyer called CSC as well....

Oh, yes. I forgot to mention it. My message changed to FP received on 06/08/04... and around July 2nd the message changed to " On June 27, 2004 we received... takes 760 days ... and few days later changed to 660 days...

my wife's and my daughter's cases have LUD 6/22, 6/23, 6/24 and nothing after that, mine is still 5/12 when I called to update my address but they said they had correct address in the record

You are not the last person for 22-24LUD, I am also still waiting.
today I called IIO and asked for inquires since my date is MAy 2002. after that my status chenged to

" On June 27, 2004, your I485 Application to Register Permanent Residence or to Adjust Status was received here for processing. It is taking between 660 and 660 days for us to process this kind of case. We will mail you a decision as soon as processing is complete"

So any idia what is going on.

computer error

Just heard from my lawyer - and according to her, this message was generated due to a computer error at USCIS in the week on June 21st and that they will fix it. Apparently there is no need to worry.

Some previous posts indicated that people with this msg recd approvals within 3-10 days. But trusting my luck, that certainly won't happen to me anytime soon.

I did my fingerprint last Friday so I'm just waiting to see what happens next. Hopefully I'll be able to join the list of those approved with LUD's of 6/22-6/24 who has been approved.

My online status changed - RFE on 07/16 and my LUD change to 07/17 since the last LUD 07/01. Don't know what kind of RFE.
