WHats goin on @ VSC

Filed H1B Transfer Premium Processing at VSC

INS recieved the papers on July 25 04 i.e. last monday (FEDEX Tracking)

till date have not recieved the reciept no.

and i have started the new job on Aug 2 2004.


Will this create any sort of future probs in GC thru LC.

did anyone filed at VSC in the same date range and any news.

they will be sending the receipt notice thru normal USPS mail. Most of the times....if all the docs are submitted, your application will be approved even before you or your attorney gets the receipt in mail.

This happened to me from NSC...they received my application on Oct 21st .....and my attorney got the receipt on Nov 4th....and when I checked the status of the application....it told approved on Oct 23rd.
