Whatever happened between Oct '01 & Dec '01?

I have noticed an unusual trend.

Those who have RD of 09/2001 & no RFEs received their 485 approved in a year. Mine is an example. RD: 09/2001, AD: 09/2002

However, those with RDs between 10/2001 & 12/2001 and with no RFEs are still waiting! Not to forget the RDs with 01/2002 & 07/2002!!

What really happened?

You obviously bring up a valid question. Whatever happened to some perceived gaps? Lost files, etc.

Edison you are thinking of extremes here. Please do not draw your own conclusions on what I wrote.

files cannot be lost

Files cannot be lost because all the Oct 01 -Dec 01 filrs did get their FP1 and Fp2 done so they have the application on record.

You are right. It is however a strange pattern for some July, August 2002 cases, not to mention 2001..
