What would be a safe time?

My I-485 was approved on March 30th and I did my stamping in the 2nd week of April. I didn't get my physical Gren Card yet. I got offer from a company who asked me to joing on early July (3 months after GC approval). The work will be the same as what I am doing now but with more responsibility. Do you think 3 months is a reasonably sufficient time to change job after GC approval. I know some of you have good knowledge about AC21 and job change after GC. Could you please give me some light on this. Thanks in advance.

you have to work for 8 months - 12 months would be safe.

You can change jobs if you want without any problems in my opinion since your 485 is approved. You could always check with lawyer but I doubt he would say anything different
