Hi, folks,

I just wonder what will happen to my case.

Today, I check USCIS web service and find my I-140 and I-485 were updated in the same day of April 28. I am not sure if this was from my inquiry to the NCSC.

I am a patient petitor, but even so, I still hope sth happens to my case. here are my case detail:

I-140: pending
RD: 11/12/02
ND:11/13/02
TSC, EB2-NIW, No RFE

I-485: pending
RD:01/27/03

FP: 06/06/03

Already got 2 EAD and 1 AP.

processing time .....

is 9/01, so as you can see you may have to wait a bit longer......

so did you make an inquiry to NCSC? when ?
probably that is why someone touched your files on 28th.
since your i-140 is pending, hopefully they must have opened your file to approve your I-140.
 
yes, I did inquiry by phoning NCSC in April 22. I just don't know what's the web service update for, because the online status shows the same message as before.

Hopefully this time they can touch my 140 which is pending for 18 months.

Whenver your file is opened they send you a message...

As they say at the bottom of the page...that your status might NOT change but they still send you a message indicating that your file has been looked into...

Hopefully, your I-140 approval is coming soon...

There is a possibilty of both your I-140 and 485 to be approved together (possibly within 1-2 months) if your I-140 case is strong and your 485 is in order.

It's April 28, 2004. Also my wife's 485 was updated at April 12, 2004. My former update time is 08/15/2003.
