What will happen, when if 485 Approved and the Main Applicant is out country

Hi All,
I am planning to go INDIA in coming couple of days, What will happen, If 485 Approved and the Main Applicant is out country
Bcz my PD will be Current by June 1st and i am traveling by using AP.
If case approved when i am out of this country, Is it ok to re enter to with AP..
Could some one pl guide me...

This issue was discussed a long time ago and from what I can remember if an applicant is out of the country and gets approved then there aren't any problems. At the time you enter the country, they pull you aside and complete some sort of paperwork. This was true until a few years ago. Please consult your lawyer for the latest procedure.

HI All,
I just talk to my Attorney, and she is telling me , when your case Approved, you should NOT be out of this Country for "LONG TIME",
there won't be any issue if it is a short trip like 2 or 3 weeks, still we can enter by our AP..
Still AP hold for good

I am in similar situation.
Travelling to India on June 12, booked tkts 3 months back, now PD's are suddenly current from june 01.
I know that if I-485 is approved while in India, one can still re-enter using AP.
However, what if i-485 approved, (i.e. got e-mail or approval notice)
on say the 10th.. (so, not enough time to get GC in mail or stamp on passport)..
In the above case, can we still travel and return on AP or we have no choice but to cancel / postpone the trip ?
