Was i out of status (not-sure) between these dates, will my 485 gets denied
??? Please help!
I was laid off with my previous employer A (last day of employment was Dec 31 2002). Luckily if found another employer B in Jan 2003 and applied for H1-B Transer with premium prorcess - got approval on 27 Jan 2003 (recipt date on the approval is 25 Jan 2003)
Applied GC (EB-3 from VSC) with new employer in July/Aug 2003.
LC Approved Nov 2003
EAD/AP/140/485 applied June 2004
EAD/AP Approved Aug 2004
I-140 Approved Oct 2004
I-485 ???
I made a trip outside the country using Visa Stamp of employer A before Dec 31 2002 ( Dec 10 - Dec 27 2002)
Made second trip again on previous employer visa A (and approved I797 form form new employer B) on Dec 2003 to Jan 2004. - with no issues.
Will i be considered out-of-status, what will happen to my I485.
