What will happen to EB-2 now

Hi guys with EB3 on hold any predictions on EB-2? Why should they retrogress? Apparently under PERM there are a lot of refusals how will it impact EB2 and prority names?

Why should they retrogress?

If there were too many EB2s filed before yours, and the visa numbers for EB2 are over, then it could retrogress. I dont think it will happen.. Hopefully not!
