Here is my situation and I have few questions to ask...
EB2 , PD Jan 2005, I-140 Approved, I-485 filed on 19th Jul 2007. Will I be able to change job after 6 months of I-485 filing(means after 20th Jan 2008) ? I don't see future in my company and want to quit as soon as possible. I'm on 8th year H1 extension and alos filed 3 yrs H1 extension based I-140 approved.
I also see current bulletin for Oct 2007 and cut off date is now Apr 2004. Does it effect my case ? I'm asking because my PD (Jan'05) is still doesn't follow under cut off date.
Please help & advise anyone.
