The news item on Murthy.com said something like the PD may not move at all.
So I think we'll be lucky if it moves forward. My guess is that it'll probably move up by one month at the most - 70% chance. 30% chance that it may not move at all :(

Of course all of this is baseless assumptions ;)

Current EB3 PD is June 2002.

Did you mean EB3/Other (which is now July 2001)
 
Visa nos are released every quarters and not at once at the start of the year.
Visa nos are released 27% in first three quarters and rest in the fourth quarter.
So, PD should definatley move, may be in June, when visa nos for the last quarters should be taken into account. Thats my guess.
I would think they might move atleast 1 month in May too.

That is interesting to know..where did you get this information? If that is the case then the 4Qtr should show three times better movement than all of this year? PLease comment

No -- its 27% per quarter for the first 3 qtrs ... so 81% is done by Q3.
The rest (19%) is released in Q4 (plus whatever was un-used in Q1-3 .... which won't be much at all)

So Q4 would be slighly "slower" in effect !

Yeah -- I understood your point .... my post was intended as a reply to jghsrapt who thought that the 27% was for all of Q1 thru Q3 and the rest 73% for Q4.
I just wanted to correct that assumption :)
 
Hi All

I remember some articles in Murthy.com regarding unsed visa number 105,000
from the previous years. It will be available in 4th quarter.
