Currently, I am working for a non-profit organization (under no H1 cap) and my visa is valid until July 2005. Recently, I recieved my approved petition from new employer (profit organization, under H1 cap) starting Oct.1. However, there are still 15 days left for Oct 01, when the work authorization for new employer begin. How safe it is to resign on earlier day? Am i legal during these 15 days
