What/Where/how it went wrong with me....Waiting for Approval since two months after replying SECOND

Hi Guys,

      We are in BIG TENSE because every body is getting approval who replied RFE\'s after me. Any body in this boat.

My details:-
    RD 02/01
    ND 03/01
    FP 05/01
    EAD/AP 06/01
    1st RFE Issued for both(Wife and Me) on 02/04/02 Regarding for Latest dated birth Certificates
    1st RFE Replied as per AVM on 02/25/02
    2nd RFE Issued for me only on 03/20/02 for Employment Verification.
    2nd RFE replied on 04/05/02 as per AVM

You should be happy because you are alive after sep 11th and have a
job after .com crash. And you should be doubly happy because
you can hear the sound, read english, write program, smell,
see, walk, talk, drive, run, chase, eat and finally post here
compared to millions of unfortunate kids who do not even have
one meal a day!.

So, go and enjoy and say thanks to God.

I totally agree with you

it is really frustrating to check AVM everyday to listen to the same damn message of "390 days" processing time even after they recd my RFE...you are right...Green card kinda puts the mind and life on hold and we sometimes get too involved to think out of the box...

Still waiting for approval.

My attorney sent letters to local senators to expedite the proecess. I do not how much it helps. I opened a post fot it respond if anyody has good/bad experiences about it. No replies it.
I called INS Nebraska yesterday, but did not speak to IIO thinking about good it is going to do. I decided not to call them anymore.
