What vaccinations are really needed by INS

Friends,
I am preparing to file for 485, immihelp.net gives a long list of the vaccines as follows,
Mumps,
Measles,
Rubella,
Polio,
Tetanus and
diphtheria toxoids,
Pertussis,
Influenza type B,
Hepatitis B,
Varicella [chickenpox],
Haemophilus influenza type B,
Pneurnococcal vaccines

And some of them as given over several months (Yikes !!!). I read on previous posts that, MMR, TD and Varicella are enough if all family members are above 21 Yrs. But I am confused and as usual the lawyer is advising to take all of them (yes... he is doing a great job for the employer.. to delay it as much as possible).

Which of these are really needed ? And can I take them from my PCP ?

Thanks for your help

For filing 485 you dont need the medical to be completed. However I remember doing the following: MMR, BCG, Chickenpox and Tetanus

County Health Departments may even do it free for you.

Best of luck

To Stillwaiting,

Did your lawyer send you a list of doctors required by INS to
do the medical examination? I received the list after my i-140 got approved recently and I am not sure if I can go to county health
dept. to get the vaccination shots. Please advise.
