What to take, when you go for FP?

Hi Friends,
I have question, is it enough to take
1. Passport
2. 485 Notice document
3. Driver License

Is there anything else asked, when you went to FP’ing ?

Take your finger print notice, Passport and Driver licensce. If you have changed address keep with you address change confirmation letter if you have any otherwise it is okay. Carry first three.

Also as an aside make sure you dont cut your finger before that day as I think they do not take the FP if it is so.

Yes, mine is EB2, VSC, Labor Sub, ND 01/09/04.
I want to change job just waiting for 140 friends. Hope something will be moving soon on 140.

My Finger Printing Notice says that I have an appointment at 3 pm ..so should I go there at round 1 or 2 pm ...or do I have to go early in the morning ?
My FP center is Newark .and FP date is 10/5/04.

I did not get the FP notice directly from USCIS - my attorney recd. it and she says that she will send me a copy.
Is the copy sufficient or do I need to have the original?

I read one of the threads that copy will be fine for FP. Double check that again.

Please give some update did your fp went on. What documents did u carried for fp. How early do we need to go.

Hi Veel ..sorry for the delayed response..

We ( My wife and I ) reached the Newark office at 2.30 pm, went upstairs and they handed a form ( Name, Address , A# , height , eye color , place of birth, DOB, Country of Citizenship, and SSn #, and reason for FP) , this form is returned to you after finger printing as your receipt ( they enter the date FP was done and the initials of whoever took your FP).
we handed the forms to this guy at the entrance(upstairs) and he checked both the palm of our hands and asked for some ID ( we gave our EAD cards) ..he handed us Numbers and asked us to take a seat and wait for our turn.
Took about 30 - 40 min for our number ..asked us to clean our hands and took our FP's ...
and we walked out.
This happened on the 5th of this month ..but our Online statuses hasnt changed yet..
