Due to my persuatiaon, my employer has found me an pre appvoed labor ceritificate beloging to a different state. I would like to know what all details i have to verify so that i would qualify for the substituion.
For starters, i know i have to verify
1. application date and approval date.
2. what is the mininum qualification menitoned in the application and did i have it as of the date when the app was filed.
3. what is the wage mentioned
4. what is the job description and does it match with my current job description.
anything more, please add.
Also, i have to relocate now to that new state, but all the while i was a resident of another state. would that be of any issue.
