What to file for H1-B transfer?

Please help on what papers my employer should file....just the I-129 and 1-129H?

is this correct?

and I cannot start the new job until receipt from the INS, correct?

1. I don't think you want to file by yourself ? he will suggest you the documents.

2. You can go for premium processing for 1000/-$ more and get appoval with in 7/15 days (I heard some got appoval within next day or in couple of days.)

Not sure I need a lawyer

For my first H1-B my employer and I filed the papers with complete sucess. I am interested in timescales.

My new employer gets an approved LCA
I get my I-129 etc together and send to processing and await receipt. Am I correct in thinking that I cannot start working unti lI get the receipt from the INS Processing Center?

Can you provide some details like what forms and documents need to be filled since I am also planning
to file H1-B without a lawyer.

Is it possible to file by oneself using the employers help.
